The Technical: Back at it on the B2B implementation — dashboard improvements and bug fixes today. Nothing dramatic, just the steady work of making things more right than they were yesterday.

The Atmosphere: Courtroom drama mode lately, so The Good Wife has been on in the background. It's good background TV — enough going on to be engaging during breaks, easy enough to tune out when you need to focus.

The Coworker: Hubert needed some company today, so I relocated to the family room sectional and let him set the terms. He burrowed under the blanket and napped down at my feet for most of the afternoon. Honestly, not a bad office setup. He's a good reason to take the work a little slower.

The Rant: No rant today. Dad is back home, which is the only update that matters right now. Still waiting on some test results, but home is better than the hospital, and that alone makes today a good day.
